Southeastern partnered with Highfill Engineering to design this new pump station for Winston-Salem Forsyth County Utilities. The pump station includes three 125hp pumps with space for a future fourth 125hp pump. A 400kW generator in aluminum sound attenuated enclosure provides emergency backup power to the entire station controlled by an ATS. The electrical building houses the ATS, utility main breaker, MCC with RVAT starters, pump control panel, SCADA RTU, dry-type transformer, and lighting panel. Disconnect switches for each pump are mounted on top of the wet well and aluminum pole-mounted LED lights provide site lighting around the wet well.
